Navigating PPTV for non-Chinese users

Aware that Chinese websites are often difficult for non-Chinese-speaking/reading internet users to decipher, RUFF has composed the following step-by-step guide to navigating through the PPTV website.

Below are instructions on how to register for the PPTV site and watch RUFF 5 live on September 8.

Scenario 1: Connecting to PPTV directly through RUFFChina.com

Begin at RUFF news: http://www.ruffchina.com/us/news/item/more-on-how-to-watch-ruff-5.html and click the direct link http://v.pptv.com/show/Xwhv7VW7K2kTkfk.html

Land on PPTV sports page:

Scroll down to PPTV sports weekly schedule:

Within PPTV sports weekly schedule, scroll down to September 8 schedule and RUFF 格斗 listing. Then click on "play icon" (icon will only appear at time of broadcast):

PPTV streaming player will load. Expect roughly 60 - 120 second of commericals prior to RUFF 5 loading in player. Refresh browser if loading fails.

Scenario 2: Watching RUFF 5 directly through PPTV homepage

Begin at PPTV homepage http://www.pptv.com/ enter RUFF in PPTV search engine: 

Land on RUFF page and click on icon:

Scenario 3: If prompted to register for PPTV

Begin on PPTV home page and click on 注册 link in top right corner:

Once in registration page, enter name, password, confirm password, contact email and captach. Click to continue:

A pop-up will appear. Igonore it. Proceed to second registration page. Enter PPTV nickname, birthdate, and location. Then click to confirm information.

Finally, enter RUFF in search field in top left corner:

Land on PPTV RUFF page. Click icon to watch RUFF 5:
